From the Land to the Plate

The common denominator of all our meals is the use of fresh, local products, cooked on site.

The Lot department is known for its culinary heritage, the meals that will be served to you take advantage of this wealth and the proximity of local producers invested in offering healthy and quality food.

However, if the resource is essentially local, the inspiration can also take root in other regions or traditions encountered over the years.

As an accompaniment, you can discover and savor wines from the Lot vineyards produced by passionate producers selected by us. We remain at your disposal to inform you about the prices of drinks not included.

Do not hesitate to share with us your tastes and desires, your culinary animosities and more imperiously your possible intolerances and allergies .

Meals are served in the dining room on the lower level or outside on the terrace, weather permitting.

We can, of course, also tell you which local restaurants are best suited to your needs and desires.

The ""Breakfast"" Formula (included in the overnight rate):

Breakfast is usually served between 8:00 and 10:00.

Presented in the form of a mixed continental and Anglo-Saxon buffet.

Composed of jams and homemade pastries, breads and pastries of the day from our local bakery, dairy products (Cow, Goat or Sheep), cold meats and cheeses from local regions.

Do not hesitate to let us know your desires and take full advantage and serenity of this special moment to fill up on energy before your day of sightseeing or relaxation.

The ""Table d'Hôtes"" formula (€40 per guest excluding drinks):

The Table d'Hôte is usually served around 7:30 p.m.

It consists of a Bistronomic meal organized in at least 4 courses (starter, main course, cheese, dessert)

Individual or shared table service according to your wishes.

The Table d'hôtes can be booked every evening of the week except July and August (subject to a minimum of 48 hours' notice).

The ""Dinner"" Formula (€25 per guest excluding drinks):

Dinner is usually served around 7:30 p.m.

It consists of a less formal meal in a single service in a Buffet or Tapas spirit during which everyone organizes their meal as they wish.

This dinner is organized around white meat or a fish fillet accompanied by cereals and numerous vegetables and salads cooked in various ways according to the season and inspiration.

A vegetarian version is entirely possible on request.

Dinner can be booked every evening of the week (subject to a minimum of 24 hours ' notice).

The ""Picnic Basket"" Formula (€15 per guest excluding drinks):

The Picnic Basket can be given to you in the morning (after breakfast), at noon or at the end of the day.

To take with you on your excursions or simply settle down within the property and enjoy a moment of serenity, in the shade of the foliage at midday, in the light of the late afternoon sun or in the glow of a summer evening, on a dedicated table near the spa, or even lying in the meadow, in the orchard or in the woods, in short, take the time to savour each moment with delight...

The Picnic can be booked every day of the week for lunch or dinner (subject to a minimum of 24 hours notice).

""The Foie Gras Option"" (€30 for 2 guests excluding drinks):

For those who like it, it is made up of Foie Gras. whole homemade at a rate of 100g per person, the jars being 200g this option can only be reserved for an even number of guests.

It replaces the Table d'Hôte starter, part of the dinner formula, can be slipped into the Picnic basket or can be consideredalone as a snack or aperitif.

The Foie Gras Option can be booked at any time (or almost!)
